Update hassankhan/config dependency #145

Latest Config release is 2.0.1. This brings the dependency up-to-date.

@mikeerickson could you consider this? I'd like to install hassankhan/config@2.1 but right now there's a conflict with this package.

+1 for this: My project requires hassankhan/config, this means that I cannot use the result printer because it would require me to downgrade a non-dev dependency below minimum stability.

I have already integrated to latest version in local master and will be publishing a new version soon (just need to finish up a few other changes)
