ARToolKit replacement #4

Hi Michael,

I noticed that you use ARToolKit in your library, I wonder if you are having the same bad estimation errors as I used to have with it... Actually, I built a new package over ArUco as a replacement for ARToolKit, which works great! And I wonder if you are willing to switch to catkin and make the same jump I made!
