We now have multiple consoles that we can run from the frontend (1 spatial, 1 non-spatial). We may want to consolidate into having one library that we can run both spatially and non-spatially, or devise a way to handle those with some sort of management.

Here is one possible solution:

For each library that we make available, we create a console that the user will have access to. I.e. when we have other libraries, we create an instance of the appropriate STSimConsole from stsimpy.
The user can select a library to use for the area they have selected. We pass along the ID for the library back to the backend as a session variable(?) and then we run using that library.
