Add banjo to tunings #21

Are you open to adding a banjo tuning?

Let me know if you'd like me to take a stab at implementing the drone (high G) string.

Thanks Sheng, great addition. Please feel free to have a look implementing the G drone string, but I worry that it might introduce considerable complexity to support different length strings, so I might well decide it's not worth it. But if you find an elegant solution please to submit a PR.
