move menu into html select tag #57

there's a lot of scales and tunings around the world, when people try to add it manually, seems the menu will take long (up & down), better to move the menu into html select tag another advantage is user can reach the scales or tuning quicker than using menu by using their keyboard what do you think ?

Agreed. A good idea.

Should move the tuning menu to a drop-down on the fretboard visualisation, since it only applied to that component.
