Thunderlink context menu not present on right-click if message opens in new window #33

Steps to reproduce:

create a thunderlink to a message
configure thunderlink preferences to "open in new window"
click the thunderlink so you have a message in it's own window
right click

Expected result:

there should be a thunderlink cascading sub-menu at the bottom of the right-click context menu

Actual result:

the context menu looks the same as what you see when you right-click on a message in the normal multi-pane thunderbird messages view, except there is no thunderlink cascading menu

affects 1.2.7-beta at least (and thus the release version as well, I believe)

I checked thins on WIN10 TB 60.4.0 (32-bit) and the Thunderlink context menu shows only in the normal multi-pane view or in the tab view. There is no need to create and open any thunderlink:// to recreate this. Just open any message in a new window.

Steps to reproduce:

double click on any message or right click on any message and select "Open Message in New Window"
right click

Result:

No Thunderlink cascading sub-menu at the bottom of the right-click context menu
