Thunderlink on mac doesn't handle safari urlencoding #34

This is only visible now that we even have mac support, which is cool to begin with. But safari urlencodes links which means the messages can't be found by thunderbird.

This was discussed here: https://github.com/mikehardy/thunderlink/pull/26#issuecomment-452007339 and already has a fix from @MarioKusek - just logging this for history and as something to pin the PR against.

Other than this mac support seems to work great

@MarioKusek just wanted to say I don't usually use my Mac as my main machine but today it was the only thing with me, and my thunderlinks worked, even from my safari-based todo list app :-). Thanks again for the Mac support.
