Add following sentence to the end of the PANELS paragraph Participants of an accepted panel must register and attend the conference to participate on the panel.

Add following sentence to the end of the SPECIAL SESSIONS paragraph Leaders of an accepted special session must register and attend the conference to lead the special session.

Add following sentence to the end of the WORKSHOPS paragraph Organizers of an accepted workshop must register and attend the conference to lead the workshop.

Add following sentence to the end of the BOFs paragraph Organizers of an accepted BOF must register and attend the conference to lead the BOF.

Add following sentence to the end of the POSTERS paragraph Presenters of an accepted poster must register and attend the conference to present the poster.

This page is an identical text copy of the official CFP. Do we want the Web site to be different from the PDF version of the CFP?

The two copies of the CFP should be the same. Here are the changes we'd like to make to the web version:

  1. The submission descriptions should follow the same general format, hence we think we should just delete the sentence, "At least one author of each accepted paper must register and attend the conference to present." (The last sentence under the paper subheading.)
  2. There was also a typo in the PDF version of the CFP that was not on the Web version. (So, nothing for you to do here.)
  3. Change Adrienne Decker's contact information from "University at Buffalo, SUNY" to "Rochester Institute of Technology"

I have fixed the PDF version to incorporate the above changes and will email it to you for you to post.
