Bunch of possible enhancements #25

Hey ! I'm using Atom on ubuntu 19.10, I was hoping if the following improvements could be made,

support for magicpython
If the file is renamed to have a different extension than *.py (i.e. say I change the extension from .py to .md, black should automatically stop working)

Extension is so far, pretty amazing :smile:, keep up the good work !
