add travis to antipolymorphism branch #47

This is the travis config to build the package automatically. No worries if you don't want CI or already have it, but I couldn't find it and I hit build errors (at least on the master branch.)

probably worth adding the https://travis-ci.org/mwotton/HLearn.svg?branch=antipolymorphism image tag somewhere in the readme too. or you could get your own travis account and do it form there.
