Link to HLearn-markov broken in README.md. I could not find the matching package on Hackage after minute or two of searching hackage.

Thanks, fixed.

I forgot that I haven't pushed it to hackage yet. I've got a basic blog post tutorial on markov chains almost put together and I don't want to push the code to hackage until the tutorial is ready in case I have to make some API breaking changes.
