hi mike!

hope you & your family are doing well:)

clarification questions about the recently-posted extra credit opportunities:

1 - for the extra credit opportunity that requires us to watch pycon videos (issue #549 ) are we allowed to watch videos from past years' pycon? i know you originally said to watch the 2023 videos, but as of when i'm posting this issue, the videos haven't been uploaded, and we are getting a bit close to the end of the semester

2 - for the extra credit opportunity on async functions (issue #550 ) are we allowed to get the credit for this extra credit applied to another assignment and/or receive over 100% on the wardial hw? i'm just wondering if students who passed all the test cases/got full credit on the wardial hw are allowed to get points for completing this extra credit task!

thanks so much:)

Any pycon video from any year counts.

Everyone is eligible to receive this extra credit. For bookkeeping purposes, I will apply the extra credit in the extra credit column of sakai. But in this class all points are created equal, and so for the purposes of your final grade it doesn't matter where the extra credit is applied.
