Hi Mike, hope you are doing well. I've attached a .pdf of the flowchart figure in LaTeX. Can you provide any suggestions or feedback for improving the figure so I can start adding more detail?

Also, I thought it would be best to name our model, for paper and historical reference, and decided to name our GPT-Latin model 'ROMULUS (Roman Optimized Model - Unilateral Language Understanding System)' and our LLaMA-Latin model 'REMUS (Roman Encoder-decoder Model Understanding Scriptura)'. Please also let me know if these are acceptable or if you had other names in mind. I also came up with a list of others just in case you didn't ROMULUS and REMUS (they're twin brothers).

LaTeX Figure: main.pdf

More model names:

LLaMA

MIMUS (Meta Intelligence Model Understanding Latin)

CALAMUS (Comprehending Ancient Latin Advanced Meta AI System)

SAPIENS (System for Advanced Processing and Interpretation of ENcoded Latin Scripts)

REMUS (Roman Encoder-decoder Model Understanding Scriptura): REMUS, twin brother of Romulus in Roman mythology, represents the model's deep connectivity with Latin language and texts. The name highlights the encoder-decoder nature of the LLaMA, and its purpose to understand and interpret Latin (Scriptura is a Latin word for "written text" or "scripture").

ATHENA (Advanced Transformer Handling Encoder-Decoder Neural Architecture): While Athena is a Greek goddess, she was heavily syncretized with the Roman goddess Minerva. Athena represents wisdom, courage, and strategic warfare in Greek mythology. The acronym highlights the advanced capabilities of LLaMA, which uses an encoder-decoder transformer architecture, to understand and generate Latin text.

VULCAN (Verba Understanding - Large-scale Comprehension and Analysis Network): This pays tribute to the Roman god of fire and metallurgy, symbolizing the transformative power of AI.

SPARTACUS (Scriptura Processing and Analytical Reasoning Transformer - Accurate Comprehension Uniting Sentences): Named after the gladiator who led a major slave uprising against the Roman Republic, it signifies the model's ability to navigate and comprehend complex Latin texts.

MARS (Meta AI Reading Scriptura): Mars, the Roman god of war, embodies the model's powerful capabilities in tackling and understanding Latin language tasks.

VESTA (Versatile Encoder-Decoder Scriptura Translation AI): Named after the Roman goddess of hearth, home, and family, this model is fundamental in the understanding and translation of Latin texts, much like the hearth is central to a home.

MINERVA (Meta Intelligence Network - Encoder-Decoder Reading Verba Accurately): Minerva, the goddess of wisdom and strategic warfare, signifies the wisdom that this AI model brings to understanding Latin texts.

GPT-3

VERBUM (Versatile Encoding and Recoding of the Latin language Based on Universal Model)

SCRIBO (System for Comprehensive Reading and Interpretation of Latin Based on OpenAI)

LECTOR (Latin Encoding and Conversion Transformer Optimized for Reading)

ROMULUS (Roman Optimized Model - Unilateral Language Understanding System): ROMULUS, the founder of Rome, embodies the foundational role of this Latin language model, based on the decoder-only transformer structure of GPT3.

CICERO (Comprehensive Interpretation and Contextual Elucidation - Roman Optimized): Named after the famous Roman orator, CICERO is a model that echoes GPT3's strength in generating detailed and coherent responses.

VIRGIL (Versatile Interpreter - Roman Grammar and Idiom Learner): VIRGIL, after the great Latin poet, represents the ability of this model to navigate the complexities of the Latin language, akin to Virgil guiding Dante in the Divine Comedy.
