Unfortunately it seems like doing all 5 chapters would exceed the quota -- I'm planning to do some sort of reduced finetune (will try just chapters 1-3)

Update: the 1-3 finetune costs 20.70-- I'll try to get a variety of eval data across the chapters before different pensvms / exercises in case we run out of money before I'm done
