made changes to grep/README.md #1791

Hi Mike,

I made the changes that you pointed out in my grep README, but I want to know if I could use the code examples from the gdb-lab3. Would it be a good enough example for this? If so, I could make swap out my examples by Friday night.

Sorry I didn't see your question until just now. Yes, you can use the lab3 examples. I'll grade your submission at noon tomorrow, so you have until then to make the changes if you want.

Hi Mike! I just started my internship and summer classes today (Monday), so I'm pretty overwhelmed by the amount of work I have right now. I don't think I could completely rewrite those examples by noon tomorrow. If it's not too much to ask, could you grade my work as is? I would love to redo it if given more time. Thanks :]
