HW4 Resubmission #1797

Hey Mike, Sorry for the late re submission, I spent a REALLY long time fixing rebase problems.

I tried to make all the changes you wanted.

I also tried to get a picture examples for 'scp' but I kept getting weird errors that wouldn't allow me to copy from the hammer server to my local machine.

There are some minor technical mistakes, but overall the technical content is reasonable. The explanations, however, are either missing or very hard to follow. I'm giving you 60/100.
