PP-4733: Send metrics to HG using UDP #70

At the moment running npm test gives

  0 passing (1ms)

Server is listening at port2222
Server ip :0.0.0.0
Server is IP4/IP6 : IPv4

I expect to see the messages 'Data received from client : ' and 'Received %d bytes from %s:%d :(
