Changes to Contributor Event Creation Form

1. default front page to "My Events"

2a. under "Terms and Conditions" - write "To view our Terms and Conditions, 
click here" & hyperlink to Terms and Conditions Page
(we will create this)
2b. under "Create New Event"
    - "New Venue"
    - "Contact Name"
    - "Contact Email" 
    boxes the same size as URL boxes.

3. hide "My Folder"

4. from "Heather Contributor" remove "Dashboard" and "Edit".

4. When exactly do you get the dashboad link?
5. Site Setup should never appear for a contributor but should appear for a 
manager. This works for me so please check again.

Still busy on the others.
