climateR upgrades

This is an issue to document current work and needed improvements towards a package that is (1) easier to maintain, (2) has less dependencies, and (3) supports more data products.

Current work has supported:

• [x] add terra support #44

  • [x] remove sf dependency
  • [x] drop methods dependency
  • [x] drop raster support directly

• [x] automate grid and parameter definitions from TDS landing pages

• [x] generalize documentation using inheretParams

• [x] deal with common differently names parameters (e.g. pr, prcp, ppt)

• [x] provide more concrete parameter discovery tools
