add newer version of California BCM data? #99

Is it possible to connect ClimateR to the newer version of California BCM data (v8 release)? It is available as zipped files only.

This will be all the more useful because the previous version you added (accessed with the getCABCM() function) is giving errors -- perhaps because of this?
