@BrianAvant-NOAA & @JamesColl-NOAA. Following our discussion we will try to modify aggregate_by_threshold to work on path lengths and areas independently and together.

Slightly tricker then anticipated :)

Need to support the following combos:

[x] 1. Flowlines --> pathlength
[ ] 2. Flowlines, Catchments --> pathlength
[ ] 3. Flowlines, Catchments --> pathlength, area
[ ] 4. Flowlines, Catchments --> area
[ ] 5. Catchments --> area
