adding sinuosity to attributes #3

I appreciate it if we could add in sinuosity attribute. One way to do it would be by dividing the length of a flowline between 2 cross sections by the shortest path between the center points of those 2 cross sections.

This will be a perfect addition to our predictors in channel ML methods.
