Add a simple docs icon next to the word "state" on embedded resources #3

I put it on state because putting it up in the accordion header makes bootstrap's CSS all kinds of confused.

The icon is only shown if the embedded thing is a url (often a curie). Thankfully the library makes this easy.

It occurs to me that this added the necessary icon and link, but isn't set up to fill in the inspector frame. So while better than nothing, it's not quite complete.

Alright cool I can look at this if you want?

I'm not going to be able to do anything today, so go for it if you've got the time.
