cannot save text editor windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. new window, type in text, try to save

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- expected: saved window text content
- save + save as is offered but will result in error

Gail: This should be fixed now.

Note that to get the latest cocotron, you need to cd to the ccl cocotron 
directory and 'svn up' directly in there.  
Just doing an 'svn up' from the ccl directory doesn't update cocotron.

It seems that the save works but if you try and close the file then try and 
open a file it crashes.  Here is what is 
printed to the console:

This is actually another symptom of the winow closing bug.  We now believe that 
the latest fixes from the 
Cocotron developers have fixed this bug.  Please let us know if you're still 
having this problem.
