Structure the annotations per speculative scenario. #3

Currently, the annotated documents consist of four different speculative scenarios. The annotations should be structured in such a way that it can be easily be discernible which annotations belong to which scenario.

For example, it can be added to the annotations dictionary for each document. Currently it contains the participant_id and annotations.
