Oxford Council screen scraper #18

It looks like Oxford do have an online view for their planning
applications, which does allow you to search by date ranges:
http://uniformpublicaccess.oxford.gov.uk/publicaccess/tdc/DcApplication/applicat
ion_searchform.aspx

Is there already a scraper for this style of planning portal, or does one
need to be writter? (Couldn't see anything on the wiki saying what portal
scraper there are)

Thats a PublicAccess one, we have quite a few scrapers in that format (e.g. 
Lambeth)

As Duncan just pointed out, e already have a scraper for oxford.
