Currently this breaks validation if the title has an "&" in it, etc.

Google Maps refuses to render a GeoRSS feed which is broken like this.

AFAIK there's no reason why it's not valid to use CDATA for the title
element. This seems the easiest solution. Clients can convert to HTML
entities as required.
