Dacorum scraper is broken #42

The Dacorum scraper has the date hard coded so is always trying to fetch
2nd October.

The attached patch fixes this, and stops it aborting if there are no
results found.

BTW if you're trying to test one of the perl scrapers you can just add the
arguments to the command line (eg Dacorum.cgi year=2008 month=12 day=5)
rather than hard coding a date in the source ;-)
