unlink leo's photo from about us page and leadership team page #61

we need the option to have a different photo of our ceo on the about us page and on the leadership team page. right now, if i upload his photo on the about us page, the same photo gets assigned to the leadership team page - we want this unlinked so we can we can have a different photo on both - the about us page and leadership team page.

@nushka2023 This is already possible. Please use the Image field in the testimonial section on the about page.
