Import OD measurements from 2019 experiment #18

Currently in the planning Google Doc

I put the measurements provided by Angie in a new Google Doc and also in spreadsheet form for easier R importing. To make this useable for our analysis, we need to make sure we match up the correct OD values with the particular inoculum samples (based on Week and Day in the sample data). I probably need to confer with Angie to make sure I pick the right numbers.
