"As for how we'd handle the actual event during the marathon I was thinking for the layout we could make a variant of a 2-person race layout that suits an IL battle setting (so it would have a bo5 round wins display + a place to show best times for the round). I imagine the event staff probably handles all the layout stuff which we could maybe make work, but from experience there's a fair amount of stuff you have to do (updating best times during rounds + updating round wins) so it might be better to have a Monkey Ball player who's done it before handle all the layout changes."
