blacklist and ipv6 #11

blacklist don't working for ipv6 because ipv6 don't know "--reject-with icmp-host-unreachable"

ipv4 blacklist directive is OK

Looks like the equivalent for ip6tables is icmp6-addr-unreachable, will try to create a patch this weekend.

OK, I have pushed a fix to "staging". Could you give it a try with your configuration?
