There is lots of questions and confusions regarding its usage combination. so i created this table that contains combination of extractor vs header key vs token prefix I have tested and added only 3 extractors I will be adding link to main readme.md for reference

I'm not sure this really clarifies things more than the existing documentation an unit tests.
