Add RecordingDate plugin

Is it possible to pre-install this plugin (not published in https://picard.musicbrainz.org/plugins/ ?

You should be able to install this from within Picard in Options > Plugins:

• Download the file recordingdate.zip from https://github.com/avh4/picard-recordingdate/releases
• Place this ZIP file inside your music folder (the one you make available to docker-picard as /storage)
• In Picard inside docker-picard open Options > Plugins
• Click on "Install plugin...". A file chooser dialog opens. Navigate to /storage and select recordingdate.zip. Click Ok, the plugin should now be shown in the plugin list
• Remember to enable the plugin: click on the button with the red cross. Once enabled it will show a green checkmark.

Thank you kind Sir. I didn't realise the plugins were outside the container. With hindsight it should have been obvious....I'll put is down to festive season brain ☺️
