No problems. For any people that may find this in the future, the issue seems to be an incompatibility between RTL2838UHIDIR and rtlsdr
version 0.6.0. See: https://github.com/mikenye/docker-piaware/issues/15

As you can see it restarts every second, i'm just not sure why
