change dragon isles blks offset slightly #235

maybe the generated blps caused some offset but the blks did not match perfectly anymore - adjusted them slightly

@IrcDirk Maybe this is caused by the converted blps or the ingame map is somewhat inaccurate.

The new offset seem to work for all zones except thaldraszus.

I'd rather use the new offset because all other zones match really good now and valdrakken does have a city overlay so minimap view is not that important.
