use Java 11 for compile and kotlin
update CI actions to their latest state
cleanup gradle.properties
upgrade kotlin to 1.7.0
upgrade kotlin coroutines to 1.6.3
upgrade compose compiler to 1.2.0
update compose-jb to 0.0.0-release1.2-integration-dev736
update activity to 1.5.0
