upgrade dependencies to their latest stable version
- gradle tool 7.0.3
- compileSdk 31
- minSdk 21 for sample (next major release of lib will be 21+ too)
- appCompat 1.4.0
- kotlin 1.5.31
sample dependencies
- materialDrawer
- aboutLibs v10
- room 2.4.0-beta02
- upgrade sample app APIs to new libs
