I'm successfully logged in, but it's still telling me to log in #32

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Uninstall
  2. Replace quantimo.do with app.quantimo.do through the extension source.
  3. Load as unpacked extension using https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/chrome-apps-extensions-de/ohmmkhmmmpcnpikjeljgnaoabkaalbgc?hl=en
  4. Inspect in background using https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/chrome-apps-extensions-de/ohmmkhmmmpcnpikjeljgnaoabkaalbgc?hl=en
  5. Click on extension button in browser.
  6. Login as prompted.
  7. Click on button again.
  8. WRONG: Prompted to login again despite successful calls to API being observed in the background inspection pane.

What's the best way to automatically test Chrome extensions?
