Trigger the creation of a DAO upon creation of Bucket/Wishing Well #5

When someone creates a new Bucket, creates a new wishing well (bucket): https://devs.aragon.org/docs/osx/how-it-works/framework/dao-creation/

What is a Bucket (Wishing Well)? An idea for a project that a person wants to implement within the focus area of a given Cobudget round. For example, purchasing a tool for an art workshop, or organizing a specific exhibition at a gallery ( formerly called a dream).

User Story: As a [user], I want to [capability], so that [receive benefit].

As an organization (Genie DAO) that wants to improve general welfare, I want to create a Wishing Well (Bucket) where citizens can deposit their $WISH, so that I have the resources to fulfill the associated Wish.
