Sort of on this train of thought -- you mention that there will be a restriction that you can't view polls that you didn't create. I feel like this might be overkill and prevent you from participating more actively on the website. If you don't have text or twitter integration until the bonus, it would be great to be able to browse polls (or something similar), vote, and see the data change in real time. Otherwise that part of it may feel a bit static.
This is a tough call for me to make right now. I could see making a user show page that allows users to share their polls, for example, teachers might find this feature really useful if using polls as part of their lessons, or organizations might wish to share polls with managers to give employees so information is collected in a standard way.
I'm less inclined to have people browse polls through the site and answer them, since I think the selling point of the site is that you can respond without creating an account. So it's not likely that people would use it to create polls intended to be answered this way.
I'm more interested in adding text and twitter integration. Can we check in later in the week and see if it makes sense to add a user share page with poll sharing?
Seems totally fair. It sounds like you have a good vision for what you want here, so I agree let's touch base after this week and see what features seem best within reach.
Is there any plan to make more user-centric content? This is obviously not core to your MVP, but it might be interesting to investigate a 'user show' type page where you can see polls by other users that you've participated in, etc.
Certainly not required, but just a thought.
