Publish docker image #28

👋 I see a Dockerfile in the repo -- it would be great if you could publish built image somewhere.

Nope, I am not inclined to encourage people to docker run --privileged <an image from the internet>, nor I need the image myself.

I encourage you to publish it to to your Linux distribution.
