[FR] Disable ANSI colour where they are not supported #56

Hello! First of thanks very much for the program. Will it be possible to detect terminals which do not support ANSI escape sequences? Or can you add a command line parameter to disable it?

Added a --no-color command line option in the latest. Thanks!
