nookMarket #113

When I start up nookMarket, it pauses for a while without any indication of 
what is happening. I assume it is connecting to wifi. I think it would be nice 
if the program gave a little feedback while it is doing this. 

*Connecting to the Marketplace, please wait...*

Or some such nonsense.

we already have this code in nookBrowser. I'll copy it over in the next build.
