Wifi Locker should have a time out optional #122

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Rebooting Nook
2. Connecting via USB to computer?
3. Kill and restart Wifi Locker in Task Manager

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
One of the biggest battery drains I find is the ADB being left on and for some 
reason it comes on and I dont know why no matter how careful I am.  It'd be 
nice to have a user option to time it out and turn off automatically after a 
user input amount of time.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Wifi Locker 0.0.4 and Softroot 2.4.1
