[nookLibrary] Page Indicators don't show standard behavior #124

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. in the library listing there are page indicators at the bottom
2. these indicators show commonly a filled circle for the current page and an 
unfilled circle for each other page (B&N library, Apple devices, ...)
3. the nookLibrary instead shows a filled circle for the current AND any 
previous page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the usual behavior should be implemented

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
nookLibrary 0.1.2

I think this way, it's easier to figure out the current page. I would leave it 
as is.
