Generated covers occupy aprox. 450 Kb instead of the average 5 K

When i load books, the covers generated for coverflow are about 5 K, hence the 
coverflow works smoothly and all covers appears.

However, when i load comics on my nook, sometimes the covers does not appears 
(It apears a grey "No cover Available" cover). When i look at the size of the 
cover it was generated with a size of 450K.

I'll look into saving the covers with a lower resolution. Right now, it just 
saves whatever image file we get from the book.

I have modified the code to create cover images with smaller resolution if the 
cover size goes above 100k. I'll update the apk this weekend.
I have attached the latest apk in Incident 137 if you want to check it out.
