[Trook - craftycoder 1.4] indication that download is complete #149

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go into trook and download a book from one of the sources
2. the message says "download is in progress in the background" (or something 
similar)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It would be great if trook told me when the download is complete somehow. 
Preferably the download should not take place in background but rather show me 
a progress bar of the download and return to the previous screen once the 
download is complete. Downloads are typically rather small and the wait should 
not be problematic.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
