Build numpy from source #32

We're already building quite a bit from source, there's no reason not to do this one as well to have numpy use available simd intrinsics and optimized linalg libraries. Would improve performance on the (currently WIP) ML-backed automod.

Closing this as this isn't worth it to handle in the near future, may revisit if this is worth it later on.
