Handling duplicates #18

Duplicates currently throw an exception, as designed. However, it isn't handled well and just shows a "500 Error" to the user instead of something more useful.

Also, I'm wondering if we should consider these documents public or not. There's no setup for authentication for anything, so it shouldn't be any private pages.

For now, not public and duplicate documents are allowed. Should maybe revisit this later.
